President & Head Trainer
Coach Adam has been training athletes since 2008, when he started his formalized fitness and athlete training while living in Michigan. However, his passion for sports and fitness has spanned over his entire lifetime. Adam was a three sport star in high school playing football, soccer, and track. He set several records in those respective sports, as well as started every game and was the leading goal scorer all four years for his soccer team. Coach Adam earned a football scholarship and was a four year letterman at Morehouse College. While there, he achieved many accolades including National Player of the Week and several conference recognitions.
As a former collegiate football player and current soccer academy staff coach, Adam has a passion for motivating people to strive for greatness in all of their endeavors, not just sports. He motivates through accountability, competition, and encouragement. Coach Adam has trained athletes at all levels in their fitness journey from international pro soccer players to those looking to lose weight.
